Kopi Luwak sometimes known as civet coffee comes from Indonesia. The Civet, which is a member of the feline family, prowls the forests eating the coffee cherries. The coffee beans the pass through the animal, where its digestive tract breaks down enzymes. The Kopi Luwak coffee is then collected by the locals, dried and roasted in the normal way.
